ABC students

Our student ministry (6th through 12th grade) focuses on teaching God's Word, applying Biblical truths in your life,  and assisting in your spiritual walk and faith with Christ.

At Alberta, we aim to teach students to "own" their faith as we help propel them into adulthood. To  accomplish this, we offer times of youth worship, Bible study, life  groups and missisional opportunities in  aiding teens to Know God, Find Community, and Live On Mission.

O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds. So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.

 - Psalm 71:17-18

Sunday A.M.

All middle school and high school students meet together in the Youth House (the yellow building located beside the outdoor patio on our church campus) beginning at 9:30 a.m.

We are making our way through The Gospel Project for Students' three-year cycle. Our current series right now is From Unity to Division, covering the reigns of Saul, David, and Solomon and how they point us to the True King.

Sunday P.M.

On Sunday nights from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, there is a life group that is especially focused on investing in middle school and high school students and rotates between homes of some of our church members who serve our youth.

This fall semester we are going through a video series and discussion from darkroomfaith.com, which addresses multiple topics that middle school and high school students have questions about today.

If you would like to get connected to this gathering email our student pastor, Jared.

Wednesday P.M.

We meet at 6:00 PM in the Youth House (the yellow building near the outdoor patio on our church campus.

Our current study is called Rejoicing in God's Good Design, where we examine how God intentionally created us as male and female in order to carry out His good purposes in creation and to reflect His glory. Due to the nature of this topic, most weeks guys and girls gather separately, and some weeks middle school and high school students gather separately.

On the first Wednesday of each month, we change things up a bit with Scripture & Song night. This is a wonderful time of reading from God's Word and responding in song.
